We had our old carpet replaced in our three room finished basement. After looking at a number of companies we chose Magic Carpet. The carpet selection process at Magic Carpet was very helpful and friendly with no pressure, and the selections were as good or better than larger companies. They provided a fast competitive estimate. The team removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet in the three rooms and stairs in one visit of less than 5 hours. The workmanship and value was exceptional, far superior to the carpet they replaced which was installed by Home Depot thirteen years prior. I highly recommend Magic Carpet. Their service and performance is exceptional with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.‎

Exceptional Service and Value‎‎
After building our dream home in Farmington Hills, MI, we needed to order the carpeting and flooring for the interior of our home. With the economy so bad we decided to shop around for a good deal. After getting several estimates, along with my builder suggesting Magic Carpet, I decided to give them a call for an estimate. Boy was I glad that I did. They scheduled me for a free estimate the very next day and their prices were a fraction of the cost of my "cheapest estimate" for the same material. They even had a wider selection of flooring and carpeting to choose from than their competitor's. We placed the order, and it was installed within one week compared to 3 to 4 weeks with the competitor's estimated delivery and installation time frame. Overall, they did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend MAGIC CARPET to anyone whose it the market for carpeting and flooring. Great Experience‎‎
When I needed fresh carpet for my newly purchased home I went to Home Depot for a quote (because of their advertised $97 whole house carpet install). After getting their quote and being told it would probably take at least 3 weeks before install, I talked to Sam, the owner of Magic Carpet. Not only did Magic Carpet get the job done within a week, but they saved me about $1500 compared to the Home Depot price. When I met with Sam it was clear that he was interested in getting my business. He was very respectful, flexible and wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with not only the price, but the product I received. If I ever find myself taking on another flooring project, I'll definately be calling Magic Carpet for another estimate and have suggested them to friends, family and coworkers who are looking for new flooring.

on a yahoo search and they installed our living room and hall carpeting and they were professional and their prices actaully beat the one's I got from Lowes and Home Depot (and their sales person knew a lot more than the people at Lowes and Home Depot). ...‎
